Tackling the NHS workforce challenges in the East of England

LinkMedics is delighted to announce a new partnership with MSE Hospitals. As part of our NHS Induction Programme, we will provide a sustainable footing for the overseas recruitment of doctors whilst prioritising pastoral care for both doctors and the NHS.

Mid & South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is the third largest teaching hospital foundation trust in the UK, delivering care to over 1.2 million people. The Trust is based in Essex and operates 3 major teaching hospitals in the region, Southend, Basildon and Broomfield Teaching Hospitals. MSE is renowned for excellence in clinical training, staff well-being and early adoption of innovative technology to enhance patient care.

Our partnership at Mid & South Essex NHS Foundation Trust will allow us to pilot our NHS Induction Programme, providing a comprehensive clinical induction and pastoral care to overseas trained doctors. Through our programme, we will support patients in the Essex region and medical workforce across the sites at Basildon Teaching Hospitals, Southend University Hospitals and Broomfield University Teaching Hospitals.

We are proud to partner with MSE hospitals and look forward to making a positive impact within the hospital and the wider NHS community. By working together, we can improve patient care and outcomes and support the development of a diverse and skilled healthcare workforce.
