Our award-winning and market-leading programme supports both local and internationally trained doctors in gaining NHS clinical experience via NHS Clinical Attachments.
If you are reading this, we are sure it’s because you have heard about the fierce competition for NHS jobs and the requirement to have prior NHS experience.
The status quo would have future NHS doctors try to secure what’s known as Clinical Attachments to obtain clinical work experience. Trying to organise these placements is incredibly difficult; they are often sparse and require a tremendous amount of legwork, which is often unsuccessful. We have been piloting our clinical attachment programme for the last year to get the most perfect and seamless transition for our delegates. In that time, we successfully supported over countless doctors across 50 NHS organisations and currently have an over 90% offer rate for clinical attachments.
At the start of 2024, we decided we were finally ready to open our programme to the wider community.
This programme will help you to secure a clinical attachment in the NHS, whilst completely transforming your CV and understanding on the NHS.

Who Is It For & Fees
The ideal candidate for our NHS Clinical Attachment Programme is somebody who wants to learn more about the NHS healthcare system, gain clinical exposure in a specific speciality, or get ready for NHS employment.
To participate in our NHS Clinical Attachments Programme, you should have:
- have completed your medical training, or currently be enrolled on to medical training at a recognised university (both in the UK and overseas)
- you must have the Right To Enter the UK for the duration of your attachment
Our NHS Clinical Attachment Programme costs a fixed programme fee of £495.
** Note – If we cancel your place for any reason, we will fully refund this fee. This fee is otherwise non-refundable, as we use it to save your place. If you are one of the rare individuals who does not secure a clinical attachment within 6 months, and you have adhered to all guidance given, we will refund your fee by 50%.
