LinkMedics doctors arrive at University Hospitals Coventry

We are thrilled to welcome a new cohort of doctors to University Hospitals Coventry as part of the NHS Induction Programme. Our group Chief executive met with the Head of People and Medical Workforce Lead at UHCW during a Trust visit to ensure a smooth transition for the new doctors. We understand how important it is for doctors to feel settled in their new roles, and we are committed to supporting their integration into the hospital and the NHS as a whole.

The NHS Induction Programme provides overseas-trained doctors with the necessary clinical skills, knowledge, and experience to hit the ground running as junior doctors. We also prioritize the well-being of our doctors, providing pastoral care and support to promote retention within the NHS.
