LinkMedics doctors arrive at Basildon Teaching Hospitals

We are excited to welcome our first cohort of doctors to Basildon Hospitals as part of our NHS Induction Programme. Our group Chief executive met with Workforce directors at MSE during a Trust visit to ensure a smooth transition for the new doctors. We understand how important it is for doctors to feel settled in their new roles, and we are committed to supporting their integration into the hospital and the NHS as a whole.

The NHS Induction Programme provides overseas-trained doctors with the necessary clinical skills, knowledge, and experience to hit the ground running as junior doctors. We also prioritize the well-being of our doctors, providing pastoral care and support to promote retention within the NHS.

We are proud to partner with Basildon Hospital and look forward to supporting the development of the next generation of healthcare professionals. Together, we can improve patient care and outcomes while addressing recruitment challenges within the NHS.
